About the program

Dean Grace, LLC provides text support for property owners who request contact and agree to receive text messages. Messages may include answers to property questions, discussion of a requested cash offer, appointment arrangements, and follow-up related to your inquiry.

This program does not include unrelated promotional broadcasts.

Joining and message frequency

You may join by selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our seller inquiry form. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.

Messages may be sent by our team or through automated appointment and follow-up reminders. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile service plan.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting or accepting an offer.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one confirmation message, after which further program messages will stop unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for assistance, email contact@deangrace.com, or call 210-281-1590. You may also contact us directly to withdraw consent.

Your number and message delivery

Only enroll a number you own or are authorized to use. Please tell us if that number changes or is reassigned.

Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and texting consent. Material changes to this program will be communicated as appropriate; changes will not expand your consent to unrelated messages.
